After completing the application form with the necessary information, affix the most recent passport-sized photo. 3. Complete the application form by entering the candidate’s name, guardian’s name, mother’s or father’s name, date of birth, area, special category, address for correspondence, and all other study, academic, reservation, and personal information. Then, attach your most recent passport-sized photo. 3. Candidates must get a bank-challan or make an online payment by remitting the required registration fee to any State Bank branch account. 4. The candidate can personally submit the completed application to the closest “Document Verification Cum Online Application Submission Centers/Option Entry Help Centers” in person, together with the required original papers and bank challan counterfoil.
